WHY WE NEED YOU:
At South Yorkshire Marketing our newest client is a well-known energy provider. They need our help to increase their market share throughout Yorkshire. In order to meet their current demand, we need at least 15 additional energy advisors on our team in Sheffield ASAP. By 2011, we’re looking to expand this project nationwide with over 400 representatives!

Not only is our client a major sponsor of the upcoming 2012 Olympics, but they are also the Olympic games first ever sustainability partner! The goal of this partnership is to inspire consumers to reduce their carbon footprint and conserve energy. SYM share their values and we intend to become their number one source of new customer acquisition before the Opening Ceremonies!

WHAT WE DO:
Since this new partnership began, we’ve been advising customers on how they can save money by switching energy providers, and we also advise on how they can save money by cutting down on their consumption and reducing their carbon footprint. Our primary target market is local residents; and we meet with them face-to-face to ensure they are completely satisfied and not pressured into making a decision.

WHAT WE OFFER/ PROVIDE:
You will receive a 3 day training course directly from our client to be sure you fully understand their mission, values and products. You will then be issued a HHU (hand held unit) with consumers’ details to ease the sales process. Ongoing guidance and support is also provided by us because the better results you produce, the faster our company grows as a whole!

REQUIREMENTS:
Fortunately, since product training is provided, we do not require a specific degree or experience. We do however look for strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to learn and expand comfort zones. You will be paid weekly, based on your completed sales, which are accumulated each day.
