Sales Trainees:
You will be provided with 3-5 days of office and field based product training to ensure you are prepared and confident enough to represent clients independently. Your next few weeks will be focusing on productive client representation and time management. Once you’ve demonstrated professionalism, productivity, and reliability, we will consider advancement opportunities.
Requirements:
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and available to work full time hours. A professional image and strong communications skills are essential because we target potential customers where they work, live and shop. A strong work ethic and desire to succeed are recommended since earnings and advancement are both based entirely on results. All types of customer related experience will be considered (customer service, retail sales, hospitality, etc).
Interviews:
If your initial interview is successful, you will be invited back to shadow a Representative in the field for a full day to gain an understanding of the responsibilities involved. You will not be authorized to participate in any sales and therefore not entitled to compensation. When you return to the office, we will look to make a final decision. This is very helpful in determining if the opening is right for you!
