Salary: ?90,000 to ?130,000 +
Medeeca Dental have a number of fantastic opportunities for Dentists & Lead Clinician/Mentors throughout the UK. Our Clients recent ?136 million investment in expansion and growth will enable them continue their commitment to dentistry, along with a sustained improvement in the quality of service, patient care and practice management. All practices are equipped to a high standard with experienced staff and a strong management team to focus on delivering a consistently high standard of patient care.
For all new GDP?s our Clients are offering:
-Up to ?5000 signing on fee for all those with Performer numbers
-Superb NHS & Private earning potential
-Average circa ?90k after 50% lab fees
-Up to ?12 per UDA (for 4+ years NHS experience)
-Clinical freedom with full practice and clinical support
-Regular training / free CPD hours
-Excellent career pathways including senior management opportunities
-Full patient lists
For all Lead Clinician/Mentors our Clients are offering:
-All of the above plus....
-?8,000 pa Mentor payment to supervise training of less experienced colleagues
-Annual bonus package
