A Business Development Manager / Sales Manager is required to sell building services / FM maintenance contracts.
A background in Building Services / Facilities Management business development is essential. You must have sold service and maintenance contracts previously.
Role:
Negotiate service & maintenance contracts
Identify and develop business areas for the company to expand into
Develop customer accounts – larger organisations, schools, councils etc…
Liaise closely with service team to ensure ability to deliver
Build lasting client relationships
Candidate:
Experience of selling contracts
Technical background
Excellent communication skills
Full driving licence
Package:
