Electrical Supervisor

This position is suitable for someone looking for stability and long term career prospects.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\n * Oversee and assist with all M&E related maintenance work and minor projects on site.\n\n * Working closely with the Facilities Manager, whilst reporting to the client to keep them updated on SLA's and KPI's.\n\n * Inspect Electrical certification issued by our on-site electricians Engineers and advise as to corrective action if required.\n\n * Completing Minor Works, Installation and Periodic Certificates on completion of any electrical installation, alterations, or periodic testing\n\n * Annually completing approved contractor Assessment visits.\n\n * To carry out health and safety Audits on Engineers.\n\n * Providing weekly reports on completed works\n\nHours: Monday – Friday – 40 hours per week.\n\nPay: £23.40 per hour PAYE / £46,671.60 per annum\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n\n * C&G 2360 Pt 1 & Pt 2. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent\n\n * C&G (2394 & 2395) or 2391 Testing and inspection (desirable)\n\n * Experience supervising electrical maintenance teams.\n\n * Great written and verbal communication skills.\n\n * Full UK driving Licence\n\n * SSSTS or SMSTS\n\n * ECS card (JIB Gold or black desired).\n\nYou will initially require a vehicle, where a mileage allowance will be paid. We do not expect no more than 30-50 miles per day.

Mileage paid 45p per mile after 30 miles.
