Human Resources Officer\n\nWe are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation operating across hospitality, travel, retail, leisure, and international events. The business delivers a range of services including installation, maintenance, and technology solutions.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs HR Officer, you will support both management and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in developing the HR function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and effective people support.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEmployee Relations\n\n * Provide advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law\n\n * Manage grievances, disciplinary processes, investigations, and conflict resolution\n\nRecruitment & Onboarding\n\n * Manage end-to-end recruitment including adverts, screening, interviews, and offers\n\n * Carry out onboarding, including Right to Work and DBS checks\n\nHR Administration\n\n * Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR\n\n * Prepare contracts, offers, and HR documentation\n\n * Manage absence, holidays, and employee data\n\nPerformance & Development\n\n * Support appraisal and performance review processes\n\n * Coordinate training and development activities\n\nCompliance & Reporting\n\n * Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies\n\n * Monitor updates in legislation and advise managers\n\n * Produce monthly HR reports\n\nAbsence & H&S Support\n\n * Manage absence processes and return-to-work cases\n\n * Support Health & Safety compliance and risk assessments\n\nPayroll Support\n\n * Assist with monthly payroll processing and timesheet checks\n\n * Process pensions in line with auto-enrolment\n\n * Produce statutory documents (P60s, P45s, P11Ds, PSA agreements)\n\n * Maintain accurate payroll records and support year-end audit
