Our client, a leading UK business services organisation, is seeking an experienced HRIS & Payroll Programme Manager to lead a major transformation programme consolidating and standardising HR and Payroll systems across its UK business.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for delivering a complex, multi-workstream programme transitioning multiple legacy systems into a unified HR and Payroll operating model, with a longer-term roadmap towards a global SuccessFactors platform.
Key areas of focus:
The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering end-to-end HRIS and Payroll transformation programmes in complex organisations. Strong expertise in systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM is essential, along with deep knowledge of payroll integration, data migration, and UK payroll compliance
.You will be a confident programme leader with a strong track record in stakeholder management, change delivery, and managing large-scale transformation budgets and risks
