Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical)\n London\n £46,000\n\nAre you a qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer looking for a mobile role across some of London's prestigious commercial properties?\n  \n We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider, covering a portfolio of commercial buildings across London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering long-term career progression, a fully equipped company van, fuel card, and a competitive salary package.\n  \n Key Responsibilities\n \nCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across commercial properties. \nResponding to reactive maintenance tasks and fault finding.

\nUndertaking general building services maintenance. \nEnsuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations. \nCompleting maintenance reports and documentation accurately.

\nProviding excellent customer service when interacting with site teams and clients. Requirements\n \nElectrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent). \nPrevious experience within commercial building maintenance.

\nStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. \nFull UK Driving Licence. \nAbility to work independently and manage a varied workload.

Package\n \nSalary of £46,000 per annum. \nCompany van provided. \nFuel card provided.

\n1 in 6 call-out rota. \n£150 standby payment for being on call. \nOvertime opportunities available.
