Job Title – Structural Engineer (Building Structures)

Salary – Up to £50,000 DOE

Location – London or Kent

Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious Structural Engineer to join our clients expanding Structural and Civil Engineering team in their London or Kent office. This consultancy operates within several construction sectors, for both private and public body clients.

Projects you will work on will vary in size and will include detailed design projects ranging from extensions to multi-million-pound new builds in several sectors. You will initially join a team supporting the Lead Engineer in the delivery of projects with the aim of developing you as an Engineer leading to Chartership status.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake detailed design and assessment, specifications, and schedules
• Supporting site inspections, surveys, and preparing technical reports
• Liaising with clients, architects, and contractors

What are we looking for?

• A minimum of 5 years structural engineering experience within a UK consultancy
• Must have an Engineering degree Meng/BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Experience in Eurocodes and British Standards is essential
• Experience in Structural design software, including TEDDS, Tekla, Robot
• Be able to demonstrate previous experience
