MAK Jobs is recruiting experienced Forklift VNA Drivers on behalf of our client in Crick for an immediate start. This is an excellent ongoing temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering competitive hourly rates, shift flexibility, and the chance to secure a stable long-term role.

Salary:

Days: £13.61 £20.42 per hour

Nights: £14.62 £21.93 per hour

Available Shifts (choose what suits your lifestyle):

Sunday to Thursday: 22:00 06:00

Monday to Friday: 22:00 06:00

Monday to Friday rotating weekly: 06:00 14:00 or 14:00 22:00

4 on 4 off: 06:00 18:00 or 18:00 06:00

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate VNA trucks

Efficiently transport goods within a busy warehouse environment

Carry out general warehouse duties to support operations

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area

Undertake any additional reasonable duties as required

Requirements:

Valid VNA licence (essential)

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills
